Karika 64: ‘I am not’, ‘not mine’: the pure knowledge
The words
Translation
In this way, through repeated contemplation of the [twenty-five] elements (the knowledge of the distinction between purush and prakriti), there arises the knowledge ‘I am not [active]’, ‘[experiencing] is not mine’, ‘I am not [the doer]’. This knowledge is complete and absolute, and it is pure because it is free from doubt and illusion.
